Sane Energy on the Radio

Sane Energy Project was recently a guest on WBAI two weeks in a row:

On the March 24th broadcast of Green Street, with hosts Doug and Patti Wood, NY State Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal and Sane discussed radon in kitchen gas and the bill currently in the State legislature that will require utilities to monitor and mitigate radon levels.

On the April 1st show, Eco-Logic, with host Ken Gale, Sane discussed the recent Harlem gas pipeline explosion, and how it connects to larger issues of infrastructure, boiler conversions, and environmental justice. The NYC Grassroots Alliance collected $500 towards the Mayor’s Fund for the Harlem rebuilding at its last meeting. Additional donations can be made here.
